I don’t know how it can be happened. The lady was so rude and she didn’t try to solve my problem. She also didn’t try to correct her mistake.

back or answered the phone. Went into store today and advised they do not accept this at this store and witnessed worker ignore phone call while I was in stall. Advised to her that this is what she did to myself yesterday and would have been nice if she had answered so I could have gone to another location instead
Of wasting my time. Was not even apologised to instead advised its cause of they fax line they have set up in store.
